By posting content on the Services, you grant Filio Labs a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and otherwise use your content for the operation of the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe or violate any third‑party rights. We are not responsible for content posted by users; however, we may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Filio Labs and its licensors own all right, title and interest in the Services, including all trademarks, logos and other intellectual property. You agree that any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
